The zero short-time working measures extend to a maximum production interruption of 90 days in 2024 and affect the entire workforce of the Anjalankoski mills. The talks will begin on 15 January and are expected to last two weeks.
According to Stora Enso, this is a precautionary measure to enable the company to respond to the production and economic challenges it faces in 2024. No decisions have yet been made on the details of short-time working, the company said.
