The one-piece display base with glued-in stay tray is more cost-effective, stable and resource-saving than its predecessor. The Butterfly Base features a glued-in bar that automatically straightens when set up. This reduces the amount of material used by 15% for the same load.
At the same time, there is no need to insert the bar during assembly. In combination with Chep's Blue Click® pallet, where the display only needs to be inserted into the slots, assembly time is reduced by 50%.
Lightweight base, high load capacity
Depending on the design and the material used, the base can support up to 150 kg. The STI Group design team decides which corrugated profile and material to use during the development process. True to the motto: "As little as possible - as much as necessary."
