At Paperex India, to be held May 10-13, 2022, at the Indian Expo Center in Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR, emtec Electronic will present special testing and measuring equipment that helps manufacturers avoid common problems in paper production and processing.
Thousands of exhibitors and visitors will once again be able to gather for one of the world's largest trade shows for the paper industry, this time under stricter hygiene regulations due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Paperex, now in its 15th year, features a range of exhibitions and conferences focused on the paper, pulp and related industries. The international event typically attracts visitors and exhibitors from around the world, with more than 600 exhibitors from 28 countries and nearly 30,000 visitors at the 2019 congress, according to the company. This year's program highlights include new areas such as printing, packaging and publishing.
Leipzig-based equipment manufacturer emtec Electronic GmbH will also be represented at the congress this year, presenting its complete product range. There will be a special focus on products that help paper professionals optimize their production processes, for example by determining the right amount of additives in the wet-end, predicting the gluing and coating properties of paper and board, and determining the filler content in paper and board.
"Paper manufacturers are often looking for new technologies and methods to make the manufacturing process more efficient and sustainable without sacrificing quality," says Alexander Grüner, Global Marketing and Business Development Manager at emtec. "Our equipment helps by providing fast and reliable measurement data that leads to more efficient use of resources, less waste and better control of the entire manufacturing process."
The 25-year-old family-owned company specializes in manufacturing measurement and testing equipment for pulp, paper, board and textiles, serving customers in more than 80 countries worldwide. Visitors to the convention are invited to stop by booth J40 during the convention. Emtec representative Deepak Pachkude from partner company Rishab Metals will be on hand to answer questions, offer demos and explain the measurement principles behind the equipment.
