Siinda Awards: Two awards for Heise RegioConcept

Great joy for Heise RegioConcept: The European association SIINDA (Search & Information Industry Association) has honoured them with two awards. The presentation of Siinda's Digital Marketing and Innovation Awards 2021 took place during Siinda's Digital Revolution - Episode II conference in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, from 15 to 17 May 2022. Managing Director Karsten Marquardsen received the awards together with Dr Oliver-Till Dieckhaus, authorised signatory of the Heise Group, and Jens-Friedrich Krückemeier, legal counsel of the Heise Group.
SILVER in the category "Location Platforms and Lead Generation" was awarded to Heise RegioConcept for the website paper-world.com. The internet portal for the paper industry from Birkner Verlag offers well-researched and well-founded information for both a large professional audience and interested laypeople in German and English, with simple and clear navigation and an optimised search function. "We create added value for the industry on paperworld.com because we link editorial content with business data. This takes marketing to a new level, where in-depth data with more information and very good editorial links provide clear added value for users. Our customers can now make even better individual contacts, make even better use of the search functions of our business directory, network even better in the B2B sector and recruit specialist staff," explains Karsten Marquardsen.
Heise PRIME with Customer Centre also won the BRONZE AWARD in the category "Technical Innovation Supporting SMB's during COVID-19 crisis". The digital package makes it easier for SMB customers to get started with online marketing and has been offered for just over a year. Heise RegioConcept has primarily integrated those services into the package that have become more relevant in times of COVID-19: In addition to a listing product, an online diary for one's own website, a tool for monitoring visibility in search engines, the innovative training videos with which customers can educate themselves on the topic of online marketing at home are worth mentioning here.
Another innovation is the new Heise PRIME Customer Centre: Since August 2021, customers have been able to expand all the details in their company profile there, view and respond to reviews about their company, monitor their ranking in search engines and manage their online diary. "The Heise PRIME Customer Centre is thus the central point of contact for customers to manage and optimise their own company profile on the Internet and to regularly monitor the visibility of their website in search engines," emphasises Karsten Marquardsen.

The awards are given by Siinda, the European directory media association, to companies that have achieved outstanding results with their products and/or services, have proven to be innovative and customer-oriented and have led to an improved user experience.
