Sappi Gratkorn opts for Procemex web inspection system

After extensive in-line trials, Sappi Gratkorn has decided to equip the PM9 and OMC9 with the latest web inspection technology from Procemex.

The PM9 system includes 18 intelligent cameras with stroboscopic LED lighting and a portable camera unit. Some of the cameras are full HD cameras, others are programmed through software optimisation to the extremely light-sensitive Procemex Super Sense mode. The OMC9 includes two cameras for roll-off control, one of which is equipped with an additional portable camera unit. The systems have been successfully commissioned and are in continuous use.
