ORAFOL refines the proven ORAJET® 3551 digital printing film

As a leading manufacturer, ORAFOL offers a comprehensive range of self-adhesive digital printing films for image-based outdoor advertising in multiple different variants. The proven product ORAJET® 3551RA now also features ProSlideTM technology, making it even easier to install.

ORAJET® 3551RA+ with ProSlideTM - efficient installation and perfect visual results even for large-scale images.

The film for digital printing was developed specifically for colour-intensive, long-term outdoor advertising. The product was previously available in two versions: the standard variant ORAJET® 3551 and the 3551RA with RapidAir® technology, which enables bubble-free installation. Any air trapped under the film can be easily squeezed out.

This range has since been expanded to include a new variant: ORAJET® 3551RA+ now features the ProSlideTM technology to make installation even easier. The key benefit of this technology is that films with ProSlideTM can be positioned even more optimally, making them easier to paste. To enable more precise positioning when putting it up, the product can now be detached from the surface and then reattached even more easily. Once it is in the desired position, the film is fixed in place with an ORAFOL squeegee, after which it has the reliable adhesive strength, our customers have come to expect. The challenge of putting up large-format ads just got easier and more efficient, because now a single person can often paste the entire ad on their own.

ORAJET® 3551RA+ with ProSlideTM is available in rolls in three standard widths (1,050 mm, 1,370 mm and 1,520 mm) and a total length of 50 metres. The new product is available in matt and gloss white.

ORAGUARD® – long-term protection for digital printing films

ORAGUARD® protective laminates are ideally suited to ORAFOL digital printing films. For long-lasting outdoor applications, we recommend laminating with ORAGUARD® products. These provide a high degree of chemical and UV resistance, more saturated colours, and a significantly longer service life for image-based advertising. The combination of ORAJET® 3551RA+ with ProSlideTM and the ORAGUARD® 290 protective laminate guarantees a five-year lifetime for printed film applied outdoors, while the ORAGUARD® 215 protective laminate guarantees up to four years.
