Norske Skog Bruck paper mill wants to sell its stake in Austria Papier Recycling

On February 24, 2025, Bunzl & Biach notified the Austrian Federal Competition Authority of its participation in Austria Papier Recycling. The seller of the stake is Papierfabrik Norske Skog Bruck.

The shareholding relates to the acquisition of 33.32% of the shares in Austria Papier Recycling by Bunzl & Biach from Norske Skog Bruck.

The deadline for the parties to submit an application pursuant to Section 11 (1) KartG ends on March 24, 2025. Any company whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger may submit a written statement to the Federal Competition Authority and/or the Federal Cartel Prosecutor within 14 days of this announcement.

Norske Skog Bruck produces, among other things, corrugated base paper.
