Michael Raberger is new CEO Ricoh Germany

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ricoh Germany, Michael Raberger (51) has been responsible for one of the largest national subsidiaries of the international digital services company since April 1, 2022. Raberger, who has held leading positions at Ricoh since 2009 and has been CEO of Ricoh Austria & Hungary since 2012, succeeds Raphaël Zaccardi, who was previously responsible for both Germany and Central Europe. The Central & Eastern Europe Region combines the national companies Ricoh Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia and is the organizational link between the respective national companies and Ricoh Europe. This merger will further strengthen Ricoh's presence in the region and drive the expansion of digital services. The CEO for the Central & Eastern Europe region is Raphaël Zaccardi.

Michael Raberger started his career in leading companies in the Banking & Finance sector. Since 2002, he has been entrepreneurially active in the ICT industry, initially for several years as managing partner of an Austrian integrated service provider for managed print service as well as enterprise content management solutions. As a long-time executive for Ricoh, the native Viennese has played a significant role in the successful business development of Ricoh Austria and Hungary. Michael Raberger is married and father of three children.

The Central Europe Leadership Team includes Raphaël Zaccardi (CEO Central & Eastern Europe), Thomas Giermann (Regional CFO), Erik Vereggen (Regional Service Director), Helene Vincke (Regional HR Director) and Ingo Wittrock (Regional Marketing Director), as well as the managing directors of the national companies with Michael Raberger (CEO Ricoh Germany), Daniel Tschudi (CEO Austria & Switzerland) and Stephen Palmer (CEO Eastern Europe).

Thomas Giermann, Erik Vereggen, Helene Vincke and Ingo Wittrock continue to be part of the German management team in addition to their new roles alongside Raik Spänkuch (Director Sales) and Sean Kato (Corporate Strategy Director).
