MBO celebrates the one-year anniversary of its acquisition by KOMORI with a special edition

The acquisition of the MBO Group by the KOMORI Corporation is celebrating its first anniversary in Spring 2021. On this occasion, MBO is launching the K32 KSE combi folding machine, an anniversary edition at an attractive price with a very comprehensive equipment package. This is a time-limited offer and is only available between 01/03/2021 and 31/08/2021.
"KSE" in the machine name stands for "KOMORI Special Edition". In line with this, the combi folding machine in the KOMORI colours is painted in dark grey and white. The K32 KSE offers a whole lot more than just an appealing design; it comes with a host of technological benefits. It is suitable for the B1 / 70 x 100 cm format range. The anniversary edition is available in two fixed versions: as a manual and as an automated folding machine.
Both variants feature the M1 Advanced machine control, which is operated using an intuitive touchscreen. The RAS remote maintenance software with complimentary remote maintenance service is also included. The sheet infeed is implemented via a palletised feeder. The parallel fold is equipped with Virotec fold rollers and includes the slitter shaft cassette that reduces set-up times. The package on offer includes an additional set of transport belts in both variants; two each in the cross fold and in the three-fold.
The manual version of the K32 KSE has four buckle plates with adjustable sheet deflector in parallel fold as well as slitter shafts in the three-fold. Added to this is the SBAP46ME vertical stacker delivery.
The automatic version contains six automated buckle plates in the parallel fold. In addition, the fold rollers in the parallel fold, cross fold and three-fold as well as the slitter shafts in the three-fold can be adjusted automatically. The package includes the latest MBO delivery system, the A80. This delivery is fully integrated into the folding machine's control. All functions can be performed from any screen. In addition, the A80 is the ideal delivery for the MBO CoBo-Stack. The A80 offers very simple access and extensive automation, allowing quick and simple set-up operations.
