The iF International Forum Design is the longest-running independent design organisation in the world. Each year it selects outstanding designs, this year receiving more than 11,000 entries from 56 countries and regions.

The Red Dot Award is one of the largest design competitions in the world, the Red Dot Label has established itself internationally as one of the most coveted seals of quality for good design.

In both cases, the judges praised the design of Konica Minolta's label press, which can reduce downtime through its automatic colour correction technology and ease of use that requires no special expertise.

These latest awards follow the company's receipt of the 2022 Good Design Award, sponsored by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion.

The AccurioLabel 400 label printer is packed with automation features that streamline the entire printing process to increase operational efficiency. It also enables expanded application versatility thanks to a fifth colour station with white toner, as well as improved productivity through super-fast print speeds of up to 39.9 metres per minute.

"We are delighted that the AccurioLabel 400 printing system continues to receive industry-wide recognition," says Mirko Pelzer, Offering Manager Professional Printing at Konica Minolta Germany. "The awards confirm our belief that this press opens up a new level of possibilities for the medium- and high-volume label printing market and helps our customers realise their full potential in digital printing."
