Inapa continues business operations without restrictions

The insolvent Inapa Group with its companies Inapa Deutschland GmbH, Inapa ComPlott GmbH and Inapa Packaging GmbH is continuing business operations with all affected companies without restriction.
According to a statement, customers can place orders as usual. The suppliers are firmly committed to Inapa and the supply of materials is assured.
The management of the Inapa Group, together with the provisional insolvency administrator Dr. Tjark Thies from the law firm Reimer and his team, has taken all necessary measures to stabilize operations in the companies. This includes securing the wages and salaries of the more than 700 employees through pre-financing of insolvency benefits as well as a resilient financing plan for the Inapa Group. The search for suitable investors is running in parallel.
At the end of July, the paper wholesaler Inapa Deutschland filed for insolvency proceedings due to a short-term liquidity shortage.
