Different combinations are available - 2 or 3 creasing and folding modules, each with 1 or 2 towers - so that the system can grow with individual requirements. At the same time, customers benefit from enormous efficiency, as up to six collating towers can be used for parallel production and makeready. In addition, there is a high degree of flexibility when processing and preparing a wide variety of jobs. A wide variety of product formats or the combination of different formats in one brochure ensure a wide range of applications without compromising on quality. The production of thicker brochures in longer runs is also possible without any problems.

The iSaddle Senshi is ideal for processing large print runs and multi-shift operation. It enables efficient automated production that saves time, costs and resources. Fast job changes and changeover times of less than 60 seconds as well as a high degree of automation ensure minimal personnel deployment and maximum efficiency. The very simple operating concept, which corresponds to all FKS/Duplo products, increases overall efficiency by making settings fully automatically. In addition, the iSaddle Senshi is fully equipped for digital transformation. Thanks to Industry 4.0, production data is recorded, archived and can be made available to the MIS. Production can be called up in real time via a browser.
