De Jong Verpakking will be renting the entire DC2 on the Harnaschpolder industrial estate in Den Hoorn (NL).
DC1 had already been taken into use in 2020, but due to the growth of the market for corrugated packaging, additional storage space was required. DC2 is comparable to DC1, adding almost 16,000 m2 of warehouse space. Our cardboard factory in De Lier will remain the main site and this location will be used as additional storage. The first pallets have now been delivered and are in the warehouse.

Smartlog The Hague is located on the Harnaschpolder business park in Den Hoorn, strategically positioned in relation to Schiphol and The Hague-Rotterdam airports, the port of Rotterdam and the Westland. The Harnaschpolder business park was established in 2014 by the municipalities of Midden-Delfland, The Hague and Delft and has good connections to the national road network. This makes it a strategic location with good roads. This means that De Jong Verpakking’s customers can be supplied quickly.
