Canon seamlessly installs its first system at partner "Luzar GmbH & Co. KG" for its in-house demo center. The Luzar Group, with its headquarters in Düsseldorf and its subsidiary EPS GmbH in Barsbüttel near Hamburg, has been a Colorado partner from the very beginning and has trusted Canon for four years.

With the new Canon Colorado 1630, Canon is expanding its range of UV gel roll printers. The system features durability, reliability, quality and stability. The roll-to-roll system is designed for print service providers, sign makers and in-house printers: It offers captivating 1,800 dpi print quality and highly durable, robust, odorless and instantly dry prints on virtually any media. In the fastest print mode, the Canon Colorado 1630 can reach a maximum print speed of 111 m2/hour for applications such as outdoor banners and billboards. Even in high quality mode, the digital printing system reaches the speed of 29 m2/hour. In addition to the Canon Colorado 1630, the product portfolio includes the Colorado 1640/1650 for customers with higher print volumes and the UVgel Wallpaper Factory, which provides an end-to-end automated solution for high-volume wallpaper production.
