Maximilian Boltersdorf, Managing Partner, is overseeing the generational change within the company management and ensuring that the transition to the next generation runs smoothly

“Our company has been firmly rooted in the region for generations,” says Friederike Boltersdorf. “We look forward to continuing this tradition and continuing to make a strong contribution to the regional economy.”

“The decision to succeed the company was easy for us because our fathers managed the company with foresight and set it up perfectly for the future,” says Klara Boltersdorf. “We are following in big footsteps, but thanks to the strong foundation, it doesn't feel like a new start, but rather like a natural continuation.”

New impetus through strong skills
Klara Boltersdorf, 37 years old, studied business administration in Mönchengladbach, specializing in textile trade and textile technology. After completing her studies, she worked at ABOUT YOU, a leading online fashion retailer, where she was responsible for the entire procurement logistics department.

Friederike Boltersdorf, 33, studied business administration with a focus on marketing, accounting and finance in Rotterdam and St. Gallen. At EY-Parthenon, she worked in strategy consulting with a focus on clients from the retail and private equity sectors. She then accompanied the IPO of ABOUT YOU, among others.
